Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or engineering preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in NICE CXone and UC environments.
- 3+ years of software development experience including design, coding, and testing of real-time systems.
- Proficiency in languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, C++, or ASP.NET.
- Experience with CXone Studio.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise-level CCaaS architecture for complex business needs.
- Strong understanding of network infrastructure.
- Proven experience creating and presenting technical solutions to executive stakeholders.
- Ability to develop value propositions and demo experiences.
- Industry certifications for NICE CXone and process automation technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop products and features for the NICE CXone platform.
- Implement NICE CXone software and manage unit testing, code reviews, and defect resolution.
- Influence client leadership to establish engagement strategies and business relationships.
- Act as a thought leader in CX transformation, process automation, and omnichannel technologies.
- Mentor software engineers and work within project teams utilizing agile or waterfall methodologies.
- Present projects to stakeholders and develop solution pitches and demo experiences.
- Support production environments and assist in system analysis for project completion.
