Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proven experience with U.S.-based architectural or construction projects.
- Advanced proficiency in Revit is required.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawing standards, construction methods, and building systems.
- Familiarity with Bluebeam, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently under minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
- Develop the architectural drawing set, including but not limited to plans, elevations, sections, and construction documents based on design concepts and project requirements.
- Create and revise building model and/or drawings using Revit (BIM), and AutoCAD (2D Drafting) software.
- Collaborate with the U.S. project team to ensure designs meet client requirements and building codes.
- Assist in preparing permit sets, construction documents, and presentation materials.
- Coordinate with engineers and consultants; ability to include HVAC, electrical, and plumbing design is a plus.
- Maintain high-quality output and meet tight project deadlines.
