Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in Revit modeling and drafting.
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit.
- Experience producing architectural drawings and construction documentation.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, plans, sections, and elevations.
- Strong understanding of BIM modeling principles and Revit workflows.
- Ability to work efficiently and consistently meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail without sacrificing productivity.
- Ability to quickly understand project requirements and implement revisions accurately.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience working with BIM standards and project-specific modeling requirements.
Responsibilities
- Create, modify, and maintain accurate 2D and 3D models using Autodesk Revit.
- Develop architectural plans, elevations, sections, details, and construction documentation.
- Review drawings, markups, and project specifications and translate them into accurate Revit models.
- Make revisions and updates to existing Revit models based on project requirements and client feedback.
- Ensure models and drawings meet project standards, specifications, and deadlines.
- Coordinate model information and drawings to minimize errors and inconsistencies.
- Identify potential issues or discrepancies in drawings and models.
- Organize and maintain Revit files, views, sheets, families, and project documentation.
