Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in high-volume cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to quickly build interest and communicate value.
  • Experience using CRM and sales tools such as HubSpot, Outreach, or similar dialer and cadence platforms.
  • Comfortable managing scheduling tools like Calendly and Google Calendar.
  • Familiar with communication and productivity tools, including Slack and Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
  • Proven ability to meet activity goals and sales targets with measurable results.
  • Able to follow established processes, quality standards, and lead management guidelines consistently.
  • Experience connecting with and scheduling meetings for local business owners or SMB decision-makers.
  • Comfortable working remotely in a performance-driven environment with KPIs and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to introduce prospective B2B clients to our new corporate publication opportunities.
  • Deliver engaging sales pitches, qualify prospects, and generate interest in new publication launches.
  • Schedule qualified appointments for our Sales Guardians to ensure accurate calendars and smooth handoffs.
  • Consistently meet or exceed outbound calling and appointment-setting goals.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records of prospect interactions, appointments, and sales activity.
