Requirements
- 3+ years of security engineering or incident response experience.
- Demonstrated depth in operational incident response roles.
- Experience with Web3 security, blockchain incident response, or protocol-level threat analysis.
- Familiarity with DeFi attack patterns, smart contract exploits, or on-chain forensics.
- Background in Web2 security operations (EDR, MDM, Google Workspace, or equivalent).
- Ability to convey technical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders under pressure.
- Ability to work independently and with high autonomy in a fully remote setting.
- Proven experience as an Incident Commander or equivalent lead role is preferred.
- Hands-on experience developing or tuning telemetry, detection pipelines, or monitoring systems.
Responsibilities
- Serve as Incident Commander for SIRN-related security cases, owning coordination from detection through resolution.
- Lead incident triage efforts to assess scope, severity, and impact.
- Coordinate response actions with internal AR teams and external Solana ecosystem stakeholders.
- Participate in on-call rotations.
- Develop, tune, and triage telemetry signals including on-chain event monitoring.
- Author and maintain incident runbooks tailored to Solana ecosystem threat patterns.
- Provide operational and logistical support for SIRN project deliverables and milestones.
