Requirements
- Strong experience in both product design and front-end engineering.
- Portfolio of shipped interfaces, components, or customer-facing experiences.
- Advanced proficiency in React and TypeScript.
- Expertise in modern CSS and front-end architecture principles.
- Experience with animation libraries (e.g., Framer Motion, React Spring).
- Hands-on experience with AI development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, or Copilot.
- Strong design sensibility for user experience excellence.
- Ability to build internal tools and systems to improve workflow inefficiencies.
- Comfortable working independently in ambiguous environments.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Transform product concepts, Figma explorations, and AI-generated ideas into production-ready React experiences.
- Build and own high-impact Growth surfaces, ensuring excellent interaction design, accessibility, and performance.
- Establish and maintain quality standards for AI-assisted product development through reviews and reusable patterns.
- Improve AI-enabled workflows, tools, and prompt libraries to increase team efficiency.
- Partner with design leadership and product teams to define AI-assisted execution standards.
- Own projects from problem definition through launch.
- Create scalable systems and patterns to accelerate prototyping and validation.
- Measure impact through product improvements and team productivity gains.
- Collaborate with designers, engineers, and stakeholders to influence product direction.
