Requirements
- 3+ years in community management or organic social.
- Experience in fintech, insurtech, or other consumer-facing and/or regulated categories.
- Deep understanding of social platforms including Reddit, TikTok, and Quora.
- Ability to write with an authentic tone without using corporate-speak.
- Strategic mindset with ability to build scalable engagement systems.
- Knowledge of SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
- Experience making complex or stressful categories feel human and worth following.
- Patient, long-game approach focused on building organic trust.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key channels like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Develop Jerry's playbook for how to show up in each community, including posting and reply cadence.
- Grow Jerry’s subreddits into active, trusted communities.
- Build a content and engagement strategy that scales without losing authenticity, leveraging AI where it helps.
- Work with Growth and Content teams to ensure consistency across channels.
- Measure key performance metrics such as sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation.
