Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in community management or organic social media.
- Experience in fintech, insurtech, or other consumer-facing and/or regulated categories.
- Proven ability to represent a brand with authenticity and build trust.
- Strong writing ability with a tone suitable for community platforms like Reddit, TikTok, and Quora.
- Deep understanding of social platforms and how to provide value in community threads.
- Strategic mindset with experience in building systems rather than just posting content.
- Knowledge of SEO and how LLMs cite sources.
- Ability to make complex or stressful categories feel human and accessible.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow Jerry's organic presence across key channels like Reddit, Quora, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Develop Jerry's playbook for community interaction, including posting, replying, and engagement strategies.
- Grow Jerry’s subreddits into active, trusted communities.
- Build a content and engagement strategy that scales while maintaining authenticity, leveraging AI tools where appropriate.
- Collaborate with Growth and Content teams to ensure cross-channel consistency.
- Monitor and measure sentiment, share of voice, referral traffic, and LLM citation.
