Responsibilities
- Draft asylum applications by meticulously preparing comprehensive documents with a focus on substantive responses.
- Craft client and witness declarations by refining drafts.
- Compile and organize evidence to ensure cases are supported by helpful documentation.
- Write legal briefs and memoranda, taking responsibility for the final form of documents.
- Collaborate with legal assistants and paralegals to refine and finalize documents.
- Leverage technology and AI tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and strategic depth.
- Supervise paralegals and other attorneys as needed.
