Responsibilities

  • Draft asylum applications by meticulously preparing comprehensive documents with a focus on substantive responses.
  • Craft client and witness declarations by refining drafts.
  • Compile and organize evidence to ensure cases are supported by helpful documentation.
  • Write legal briefs and memoranda, taking responsibility for the final form of documents.
  • Collaborate with legal assistants and paralegals to refine and finalize documents.
  • Leverage technology and AI tools to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and strategic depth.
  • Supervise paralegals and other attorneys as needed.
