Requirements
- 6+ years managing paid media in-house or at an agency, with specific experience in B2B SaaS demand generation.
- Demonstrated experience personally managing annual paid media budgets of $100K+.
- Deep, current, hands-on expertise across Adroll, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta.
- Working command of display, video, programmatic, and OOH digital advertising.
- Proven track record running global or multi-region campaigns with advanced geo-targeting.
- Fluency with last-touch attribution and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytics proficiency including GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker/Tableau, and advanced Excel/Sheets.
- Experience leveraging AI tooling to optimize bidding, targeting, reporting, and creative production.
- Experience building data foundations for paid media including first-party data capture and audience segmentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute end-to-end ABM strategy for global paid media across search, social, display, and programmatic channels.
- Build and manage sophisticated ABM and geo-targeting strategies at the region, city, and account level.
- Plan and actively manage a multi-region annual media budget, reallocating spend based on performance.
- Run full-funnel global campaigns from awareness through demand capture.
- Own key metrics including CPL, cost-per-pipeline-dollar, ROAS, and blended efficiency.
- Build and manage measurement infrastructure including conversion tracking, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and attribution models.
- Design and run a continuous experimentation program across creative, audience, and bid strategy.
- Partner with Product Marketing and RevOps to manage external agencies and media partners.
