Requirements
- 2+ years of server administration experience (Windows, Linux, etc.)
- 1+ years of database support experience
- Experience provisioning and configuring cloud resources across multiple client environments
- Experience troubleshooting web applications and cloud environments
- Proficiency with major cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS
- Experience with cloud asset/resource management and monitoring or ticketing/ITSM tools
- Experience supporting enterprise-level software environments
- Understanding of operational security and defense-in-depth concepts
- Knowledge of enterprise-class business applications with low-latency, 24x7 support
- Associate or bachelor's degree in technology, engineering, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent experience
Responsibilities
- Provision, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure including virtual servers, databases, and storage.
- Act as the first responder for client issues via Salesforce and Azure DevOps, performing diagnostics and resolutions.
- Track and manage cloud assets, maintaining accurate inventory, configuration, and cost records.
- Build, test, and execute scripts and pipelines to support cloud operations.
- Maintain monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Datadog, SIEM) and participate in a weekday and weekend on-call rotation.
- Manage security tools such as WAF, antivirus, and CSPM while supporting compliance efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and engineering teams to resolve issues and deliver product features.
