Requirements

- Proficiency in Python or Kotlin.
- Experience designing, developing, and launching backend systems.
- Familiarity with building blocks of distributed systems.
- Experience with AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
- Ability to write clear, well-tested, and extensible code.
- Comfort navigating large code bases and debugging.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a global engineering team environment.
- Strong ownership and proactivity in seeking feedback.
Responsibilities
- Break down larger projects into individual tasks and deliver them in multiple phases.
- Collaborate across engineering to articulate technical constraints and make risk-based decisions.
- Support the operations and availability of team artifacts by creating and monitoring metrics.
- Perform on-call efforts and maintain system reliability.
