Requirements
- 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer.
- Proficiency in Python or Kotlin.
- Experience designing, developing, and launching backend systems.
- Familiarity with building blocks of distributed systems.
- Familiarity with AWS, MySQL, and Kubernetes.
- Ability to write clear, well-tested, and extensible code.
- Experience navigating large code bases and debugging existing code.
- Experience providing technical feedback through code reviews.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and professional growth.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Break down large projects into individual tasks and deliver them in multiple phases.
- Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to articulate technical constraints and trade-offs.
- Support the operations and availability of team artifacts through metrics, monitoring, and on-call efforts.
- Contribute to team community and growth activities such as participating in the interview process.
- Write clear, well-tested, and extensible code for complex business scenarios.
