Requirements

- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- Develop job descriptions and coordinate interviews and assessments.
- Manage end-to-end payroll process including monthly pay runs, overtime claims, and statutory compliance.
- Prepare HR reports and provide insights to improve processes, policies, and employee experience.
- Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems.
- Coordinate training and development programs to foster employee growth.
