Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
  • Develop job descriptions and coordinate interviews and assessments.
  • Manage end-to-end payroll process including monthly pay runs, overtime claims, and statutory compliance.
  • Prepare HR reports and provide insights to improve processes, policies, and employee experience.
  • Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management systems.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to foster employee growth.
