Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (required).
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience with ServiceNow, or 2 years of administration experience plus 1 year of IT Service Management.
- Demonstrated expertise in ServiceNow platform features, administration, application development, and performance analytics.
- Ability to work Monday and Tuesday, 6:00pm-9:30pm Pacific Time.
- Experience in curriculum development and instructional design for college-level courses preferred.
- Knowledge of trends and didactic approaches in higher education.
- Experience with learning management systems (e.g., Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard) preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Commitment to an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Teach synchronous online courses via Microsoft Teams every Monday and Tuesday.
- Plan and organize instruction to maximize virtual student learning and engagement.
- Design, update, and align course materials and labs with college standards.
- Build and maintain course shells, including syllabi, exams, discussions, and assignments.
- Select instructional materials that align with course objectives.
- Collaborate with colleagues and academic departments for program improvement.
