Requirements
- Master’s degree required
- At least 18 units of graduate-level coursework in the subject taught
- At least three years of professional experience in the field OR two years of teaching experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Teams
- Experience with learning technologies such as Canvas
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and problem solve effectively
- Commitment to an inclusive and supportive learning environment
Responsibilities
- Teach synchronous online courses via Microsoft Teams
- Plan and organize instruction to maximize online student learning and engagement
- Modify instructional methods and strategies to meet diverse student needs
- Maintain student grade records and ensure database accuracy
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and institutional policies
- Collaborate with staff and participate in departmental projects
