Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited institution.
- Current CCNA certification.
- Minimum of three years of experience in the field OR two years of teaching experience.
- Advanced subject matter expertise.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with learning management technologies such as Canvas.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver engaging lesson plans.
- Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver synchronous online courses via Microsoft Teams on Mondays and Tuesdays.
- Plan and organize instruction to maximize student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Modify instructional methods to address diverse student needs and learning styles.
- Maintain accurate student attendance, grade records, and required documentation.
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and institutional policies.
- Communicate requirements for teaching materials and equipment to management.
- Collaborate with faculty and staff to support institutional goals and a positive culture.
