Requirements
- Strong professional experience as a Quality Engineer, QA Automation Engineer, Software Test Engineer, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and maintaining automated testing frameworks.
- Experience working within Agile software development teams.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and the complete software testing lifecycle.
- Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
- Solid understanding of both functional and non-functional testing approaches.
- Experience using Git and GitLab.
- Familiarity with enterprise-scale software systems and complex application environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a detail-oriented, quality-focused mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks and test suites to support reliable software delivery.
- Create comprehensive test strategies, plans, and quality approaches for complex enterprise applications.
- Execute different testing activities, including unit, component, integration, system, end-to-end, regression, performance, and security testing.
- Apply modern testing methodologies such as Test-Driven Development (TDD), Behaviour-Driven Development (BDD), and risk-based testing approaches.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and promote shift-left testing practices throughout the development lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain test data, documentation, and quality-related artefacts.
- Collaborate closely with Software Engineers through agile practices, code discussions, and collaborative development approaches.
- Identify, investigate, and support the resolution of software defects and quality issues.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by enhancing testing standards, automation practices, and engineering processes.
- Ensure software solutions meet established quality, security, and delivery standards.
