- Civil engineering background or equivalent masonry/construction estimating experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in commercial masonry takeoff methodologies.
- Experience with CMU, brick, and cast iron materials and methods.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work remotely on US time zone.
- Ability to start with test projects to validate fit.
- Familiarity with subcontractor workflows and general contractor relationships.
Responsibilities
- Complete project takeoffs for commercial masonry work including CMU, brick, and cast iron.
- Provide accurate bid information and estimates for large general contractor projects.
- Support turnkey masonry projects located across Mississippi, Alabama, and Florida.
- Deliver reliable, detailed takeoff documentation to support bid submissions.
- Collaborate remotely with the internal team to meet project deadlines.
