Requirements

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary operations support for the creative and marketing team, assisting with day-to-day operational tasks
- Serve as the bridge between internal teams and external production houses, ensuring smooth communication and timely execution
- Coordinate with external scriptwriters and internal stakeholders to ensure scripts move seamlessly through the production pipeline
- Track deliverables, follow up with stakeholders, and proactively escalate any blockers or delays
- Ensure end-to-end operational coordination for creative production, approvals, and execution
- Support ad production and campaign operations by handling operational tasks and ensuring process efficiency
- Maintain clear communication across teams and ensure ownership until issues are resolved
