Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience building software products and shipping V1s used by real customers.
- Strong preference for experience working with SMB customers.
- Demonstrated capability in using AI tools for daily development and prototyping.
- Experience designing and running meaningful product experiments and learning from outcomes.
- Fluent in growth and monetization strategies, including funnels and pricing levers.
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to build prototypes rather than just writing strategy documentation.
- Strong product intuition with the ability to distinguish between good and bad design quickly.
- Curious, fast-learning nature and comfort with public iteration.
- High level of drive and ownership to operate in a fast-moving, startup-style environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and solve real-world problems for SMB owners through direct customer research and data analysis.
- Develop and validate product hypotheses through fast-paced, iterative testing.
- Take full ownership of product success metrics including activation, conversion, retention, and monetization.
- Transform insights into clear, actionable product decisions.
- Prototype new features alongside engineers using modern AI development tools.
- Ship new product iterations in weekly cycles.
- Cultivate a high-energy, collaborative team environment.
