Requirements
- Multi-year experience leading a pod, squad, or similar technical unit (hard requirement).
- Strong proficiency in Golang development.
- Proven, hands-on experience using Claude Code for software development.
- Broad architectural knowledge of building modern full-stack applications.
- Experience in end-to-end feature ownership and independent quality assurance.
- Product-driven mindset with focus on user value and business outcomes.
- Ability to facilitate and coordinate cross-functional work without formal authority.
- Strong spoken and written English for stakeholder updates and client meetings.
- Availability to work 40 hours/week within European or African timezones (±3 hours CET).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection for daily video communication.
Responsibilities
- Own features end-to-end from specifications to deployment and bug resolution.
- Utilize Claude Code to generate and build backend services in Golang.
- Review AI-generated code for quality, security, and architectural fit.
- Coordinate pod activities, including sequencing initiatives and surfacing blockers.
- Act as the pod spokesperson in internal planning, design, and leadership meetings.
- Engage with clients and partners to gather context, align requirements, and report on delivery.
- Participate in on-call rotations to maintain system reliability and uptime.
