Job Details

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Solid experience working with credit decision engines and automated credit workflows.
Strong knowledge of credit policy parameterization, decision rules, BPM, and process automation tools.
Experience with retail and corporate credit products, including approval processes, limit management, scoring models, ratings, guarantees, and customer segmentation.
Ability to translate business and credit policies into operational and system requirements.
Experience with functional documentation, testing processes, and rule validation.
Familiarity with workflow performance metrics such as SLA compliance, approval rates, manual interventions, backlog management, and exception handling.
Proficiency in process mapping methodologies, BPMN, Excel, SQL, and Power BI.

Implement and maintain credit policies, decision rules, and approval criteria within credit decision engines.
Design and optimize workflows related to credit granting, limit reviews, renewals, exceptions, and operational maintenance processes.
Map digital credit journeys, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and propose automation opportunities.
Configure operational queues, SLAs, routing rules, and workflow stages to improve process efficiency.
Support integrations between credit policies, decision engines, data platforms, and digital processing pipelines.
Execute homologation and validation tests to ensure system configurations accurately reflect approved credit policies.
Monitor operational indicators and continuously improve rules, automations, and workflow performance based on efficiency and risk metrics.
Collaborate with business, technology, and operations teams to deliver scalable and customer-centric credit solutions.
