Job Details

5+ years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or solution delivery with strong ETL expertise.
Advanced proficiency in PySpark and SQL.
Hands-on experience with Azure cloud technologies, including Azure Databricks, Data Factory, Blob Storage, and Delta Lake.
Proven experience building and maintaining production-grade data pipelines with monitoring and error handling.
Strong understanding of data quality practices, testing methodologies, and troubleshooting.
Experience working with modern data architectures such as data warehouses or lakehouses.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to work independently.
Consultant mindset with the ability to build trust and adapt solutions to partner environments.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.

Design and develop ETL pipelines using PySpark, SQL, and cloud data services to process healthcare data.
Build scalable data transformation workflows that convert raw healthcare data into production-ready datasets.
Perform data extraction, transformation, validation, and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Develop data quality frameworks, validation rules, and monitoring processes to identify integration issues.
Troubleshoot complex technical challenges such as schema mismatches, transformation errors, and performance bottlenecks.
Act as a technical advisor to healthcare partners, translating complex data and AI concepts into practical recommendations.
Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to define technical requirements, data mappings, and architecture.
Support production deployments by coordinating testing, validation, and technical readiness.
