Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a high-growth SaaS or technology company or agency.
  • Solid track record hiring across GTM functions, including outbound Sales, Operations, and Enablement.
  • Proven sourcing skills with expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence hiring managers.
  • Expertise using Greenhouse ATS.
  • Hands-on experience using AI in recruiting workflows.
  • Proficient with G Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
  • Fluent Spanish and strong professional English (written and verbal).
  • Based in Mexico or another LATAM country.

Responsibilities

  • Run the full-cycle hiring process for GTM roles across Mexico, covering outbound Sales, Customer Growth, Sales Operations, and Sales Enablement.
  • Run competitor-focused sourcing campaigns to identify and engage passive candidates.
  • Build a clear picture of the market before diving into outreach using talent mapping.
  • Support hiring across other areas including Customer Success and Technology when required.
  • Partner closely with GTM hiring managers and local leadership to build targeted hiring strategies.
  • Manage the hiring process through Greenhouse ATS and maintain clean data.
  • Share market intelligence on the GTM talent landscape in Mexico.
