Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a high-growth SaaS or technology company or agency.
- Solid track record hiring across GTM functions, including outbound Sales, Operations, and Enablement.
- Proven sourcing skills with expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence hiring managers.
- Expertise using Greenhouse ATS.
- Hands-on experience using AI in recruiting workflows.
- Proficient with G Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
- Fluent Spanish and strong professional English (written and verbal).
- Based in Mexico or another LATAM country.
Responsibilities
- Run the full-cycle hiring process for GTM roles across Mexico, covering outbound Sales, Customer Growth, Sales Operations, and Sales Enablement.
- Run competitor-focused sourcing campaigns to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Build a clear picture of the market before diving into outreach using talent mapping.
- Support hiring across other areas including Customer Success and Technology when required.
- Partner closely with GTM hiring managers and local leadership to build targeted hiring strategies.
- Manage the hiring process through Greenhouse ATS and maintain clean data.
- Share market intelligence on the GTM talent landscape in Mexico.
