Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written English.
- Fluent Japanese proficiency.
- Prior experience working in a SOC environment.
- Strong information security background with practical skills in Application Security.
- Experience in an IT or security technical support, operations, or research role.
- Scripting ability with any of the following: Python, Java, Go, Rust, PHP, Unix/Linux Shell, C#, or other common Web languages.
- Knowledge of foundational technologies such as SaaS/Cloud or hybrid cloud deployments.
- Knowledge of web server platforms including Apache, NGINX, or IIS.
- Unix/Linux or Windows System Administration skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot software products.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze customer activity with a focus on security functions, including account takeover, bot attacks, and WAF administration.
- Provide deep application-security experience on escalated cases from customers and automated systems.
- Perform continuous-improvement work and research to optimize customer security products and operations.
- Contribute to the development of processes and policies to support organizational growth.
- Create and review reporting for customers regarding security services.
- Create and manage security content for customer environments.
