Requirements

  • Minimum one year experience in customer service, administrative support, resident services, operations support, scheduling or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a devotion to accuracy.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and web-based business applications.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home work area.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage client bookings, picnic reservations, and service inquiries via telephone, email, and online communications.
  • Guide clients through service experiences and provide professional solutions to resolve issues effectively.
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate service requests from start to finish.
  • Maintain accurate records of residents, vendors, and services in corporate systems.
  • Support business processes and participate in team meetings to identify service quality improvements.
  • Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
