Requirements
- GED or high school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum one year experience in customer service, administrative support, resident services, operations support, scheduling or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a devotion to accuracy.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and web-based business applications.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home work area.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team.
Responsibilities
- Manage client bookings, picnic reservations, and service inquiries via telephone, email, and online communications.
- Guide clients through service experiences and provide professional solutions to resolve issues effectively.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate service requests from start to finish.
- Maintain accurate records of residents, vendors, and services in corporate systems.
- Support business processes and participate in team meetings to identify service quality improvements.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
