Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in vulnerability assessment, penetration testing, offensive security, or product cybersecurity.
- Strong proficiency with penetration testing tools like Nmap, Burp Suite, Metasploit, OWASP ZAP, Ghidra, IDA Pro, JTAGulator, Bus Pirate, or ChipWhisperer.
- Experience developing and delivering technical training to diverse professional audiences.
- Professional certification such as OSCP, OSWE, OSEP, GPEN, GWAPT, GDSA, or CISSP.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive cybersecurity evaluations across embedded systems, avionics, space platforms, and cloud-connected components.
- Plan and lead advanced vulnerability analysis and penetration testing to validate exploitation feasibility.
- Perform system-level risk assessments and deliver prioritized remediation guidance to engineering stakeholders.
- Evaluate product architectures, threat models, and security controls for potential weaknesses.
- Develop and maintain cybersecurity training courses, labs, and real-world scenarios for engineering teams.
- Enhance enterprise assessment methodologies, automation toolchains, and AI-driven processes.
- Mentor peers and influence secure engineering practices across multiple programs.
