Requirements
- 3+ years of professional DevOps experience.
- Must reside in Europe, Asia, or LatAm.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
- Solid understanding of microservices architecture and service mesh concepts.
- Experience managing Kubernetes and implementing CI/CD pipelines within Kubernetes environments.
- Deep networking knowledge, including TCP/IP stack and HTTP protocol.
- Technical expertise in caching (CDN, HTTP cache, Redis, Memcached).
- Proven troubleshooting skills, including Linux OS diagnosis and parameter optimization.
- Experience independently leading the planning and deployment of technical projects.
- Advantageous: Experience with JVM optimization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with DevOps and DBA teams on a weekend-inclusive schedule (Saturday-Monday).
- Optimize and streamline infrastructure deployment processes across multiple countries.
- Manage cloud operations including cost reduction, environment provisioning, and performance tuning.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure utilizing autoscaling, automated alerts, and dashboards.
- Coordinate with external security agencies for audits and conduct internal security reviews.
- Reconfigure existing architecture to support rapid international deployments.
- Mentor less experienced team members.
