- Strong proficiency in SQL (Clickhouse) and Python.
- Clear and persuasive communication skills with the ability to influence leadership.

- Direct communication style for walking stakeholders through complex findings.
Responsibilities
- Own the analytical function for a core business area end-to-end.
- Define business questions and ensure analyses inform concrete decisions.
- Define metrics, build reports, and run analyses to track performance.
- Design and execute experiments to improve key business metrics.
- Surface analytical insights and drive outcomes in partnership with product, growth, finance, or operations teams.
