Requirements
- Ten years of specialized progressive experience in Information Processing.
- BS or BA degree in a technical discipline.
- Active Secret security clearance.
- DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level I approved baseline certification.
- Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
- Must obtain AWS Certified Solutions Architect-Associate or Certified MuleSoft Associate Certification within 3 months of onboarding.
- Experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and resolving software issues.
- Proficiency in application networking and load balancing.
- Ability to work in a 100% remote, secure, and compliant environment.
- Commitment to standard business hours for collaboration and Agile ceremonies.
Responsibilities
- Ensure stable operation of in-house software and network connections.
- Plan, install, configure, maintain, and optimize network software and communication links.
- Conduct capacity and performance analysis with upgrade recommendations.
- Apply automated tools and scripts to improve administrator efficiency.
- Perform vulnerability management and apply technical knowledge of application networking and load balancing.
- Direct the work of other system administrators and provide end-user support.
