Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Software Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
- 6+ years of technical experience in data architecture or a closely related field.
- Proven track record in a consulting or multi-client services environment.
- Full proficiency in English plus at least one additional language (French, Arabic, Spanish, German).
- Hands-on experience with large-scale data platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, or Azure Synapse.
- Strong command of SQL and at least one programming language (Python, Scala, or Spark).
- Experience with Big Data ecosystems (Hadoop, Spark, Hive) and streaming architectures (Kafka, Flink).
- Proven experience with ML lifecycle tooling (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, Azure ML).
- Experience architecting MLOps pipelines including CI/CD for ML and drift detection.
- Experience with GenAI and LLM integration patterns such as RAG and vector databases.
- Proven experience with orchestration and transformation tools like Airflow or dbt.
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Git, and cloud ecosystems (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical architecture of Data, Analytics and AI solutions for clients through the full lifecycle.
- Design end-to-end data architectures including data lakes, lakehouses, warehouses, and streaming pipelines.
- Architect MLOps and AI deployment infrastructure, including CI/CD for ML and monitoring.
- Define best practices and reusable frameworks for data engineers, analysts, and data scientists.
- Lead architecture workshops and discovery sessions with client stakeholders.
- Present architecture decisions to both technical teams and executive audiences.
