Requirements
- 5–6+ years of experience in FP&A or similar financial roles.
- Strong background in financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Experience in e-commerce, tech, or fast-growing environments.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and structured in your thinking.
- Proactive, autonomous, and comfortable operating in ambiguity.
- Strong communication skills to turn numbers into clear business narratives.
- Builder mindset with a desire to improve existing processes.
Responsibilities
- Build and improve weekly and monthly P&L reporting, reforecasting, and business planning.
- Analyze deviations vs plan, identify risks and opportunities, and drive actions.
- Create management-ready financial presentations covering P&L, KPIs, and cash burn.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, Leadership, Accounting, Treasury, and BI teams.
- Improve FP&A processes end-to-end focusing on clarity, speed, accuracy, and automation.
- Establish a culture where every dollar spent is driven by the business plan.
