Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce applications.
- Hands-on experience building Agentforce AI Agents and AI workflows.
- Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, and Python.
- Experience with Salesforce and external system integrations (Conga, Docusign, etc.).
- Experience creating intelligent process automations with tools like Power Automate.
- Proficiency in DevOps processes and tools (e.g., Copado, AutoRabit) and GitHub.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks like Selenium or Copado CRT.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II (required).
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification (required).
- Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist (required).
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent work experience.
Responsibilities
- Build AI Agents using Agentforce and Microsoft Studio for CoPilot Agents.
- Develop intelligent automations using IPA tools like Power Automate and Alteryx.
- Build and maintain test automations for Salesforce and integrated applications.
- Execute application development tasks using Apex, JavaScript, and Python.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and debug system issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for builds and AI Agents.
- Mentor, coach, and perform peer reviews for junior and intermediate engineers.
