Job Details

5+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining Salesforce configuration and custom applications.
Hands-on experience building Agentforce AI agents, AI workflows, and external data source integration.
Proficiency in Apex, JavaScript, and Python for custom application development.
Experience with intelligent process automation tools such as Power Automate or Alteryx.
Solid experience with Salesforce integrations and connected apps (e.g., Conga, Docusign, Marketo).
Proficiency in DevOps processes and tools like Copado, AutoRabit, and GitHub.
Experience with automated testing frameworks such as PMD, Selenium, or Copado CRT.
In-depth understanding of Salesforce data models, security, and governor limits.
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I & II (Required).
Salesforce Advanced Administrator certification (Required).
Salesforce Certified Agentforce Specialist.
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Architect and deliver state-of-the-art AI agents and automations that transform system workflows.
Build intelligent process automations in enterprise environments using tools like Power Automate and Alteryx.
Execute standard to complex tasks in the application development life cycle using Apex, JavaScript, and Python.
Develop technical documentation and maintain DevOps processes for Salesforce and connected apps.
Perform unit tests and create test scripts for automated and manual testing to improve QA efficiency.
Analyze, troubleshoot, and debug systems for standard to complex issues.
Onboard, mentor, and coach junior to intermediate application engineers through peer reviews and guidance.
