Requirements

  • Proven experience managing complex products from development through implementation and optimization.
  • Strong ability to prioritize competing initiatives and manage ambiguity.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data, and clinical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data.
  • Proficiency with technical tools and programming concepts, including SQL and Python.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and maintain accountability.
  • Experience applying AI, automation, or machine learning solutions to improve workflows.
  • Preferred: Experience with conversational AI, voice AI, or LLM-powered products.
  • Preferred: Background in healthcare technology, clinical operations, or regulated industries.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with healthcare compliance frameworks like HIPAA and CMS requirements.
  • Preferred: Experience collaborating with data science teams on model evaluation.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of AWS environments, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Preferred: Experience with Agile product delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with clinical operations teams to identify, prioritize, and define product requirements and use cases.
  • Own and maintain product roadmaps, balancing business impact, technical feasibility, and regulatory considerations.
  • Manage end-to-end project plans, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deployment.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into actionable product requirements and ensure alignment across teams.
  • Analyze performance metrics and operational data to improve product effectiveness and guide decisions.
  • Conduct quality reviews and audits of AI-driven workflows to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Ensure product initiatives meet healthcare regulatory standards including privacy and security requirements.
  • Facilitate product reviews with leadership to present progress, risks, and strategic recommendations.
  • Build cross-functional relationships across engineering, data science, clinical, and business teams.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation to improve operational efficiency.
