Requirements
- Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Experience designing across multiple formats, including digital, print, and presentation design.
- Solid understanding of production and print processes, including materials and specifications.
- Ability to communicate design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in async, remote, or globally distributed teams.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, storytelling, and visual system thinking.
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments with ambiguity, iteration, and evolving priorities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and evolve visual storytelling across presentations, decks, printed materials, digital campaigns, and event assets.
- Collaborate with marketing, developer relations, success, enterprise, and event teams to translate ideas into impactful creative output.
- Design cohesive visual narratives that ensure consistency across digital, print, social, and physical brand touchpoints.
- Own end-to-end design execution, from concept development through final production across multiple formats.
- Maintain and enforce strong brand consistency, ensuring adherence to established visual identity and messaging standards.
- Produce high-quality assets for conferences, swag, campaigns, video content, and community-facing initiatives.
- Continuously raise the bar for craft, detail, and storytelling quality across all design deliverables.
