Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering with a track record of leading high-impact initiatives.
- Recent experience working on a small, agile team in a start-up environment.
- Primary experience in Go, with comfort working in .NET and TypeScript codebases.
- Experience implementing event-driven architecture within microservices ecosystems using Apache Kafka.
- Expertise in creating database schemas to support complex business processes.
- Deep understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
- Strong experience with AWS platform capabilities and limitations.
- Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
- Proven ability to influence without authority and build consensus among diverse stakeholders.
- Experience working in environments shaped by acquisitions or rapid growth.
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Responsibilities
