Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience with Snowflake architecture, maintenance, and optimization.
- 4+ years of experience in SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
- 2+ years of experience using Python for custom data applications and transformations.
- Experience with DBT for modular transformation.
- Experience with Snowflake features such as Snowpipe, Snowpark, and Secure Data Sharing.
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an agency environment managing multiple clients.
- Proficiency in English at C1 level or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills for conveying data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity.
Responsibilities
- Setup and maintain ETL pipelines in a Snowflake environment including real-time and batch architectures.
- Optimize Snowflake database performance, structures, and indexes.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through QA processes and unit tests.
- Translate complex data analyses into actionable insights and recommendations for business stakeholders.
- Build Snowflake data models to power Braze and customer engagement initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal CDP and CRM teams on data planning and strategy.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members on Snowflake best practices.
