Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of relevant experience; direct Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) experience strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
- Internet connection via cable broadband or fiber optic service with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
Responsibilities
- Support operational programs and projects, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on time.
- Identify and recommend opportunities to improve and streamline operational processes and procedures across departments.
- Contribute to department planning efforts and operational initiatives.
- Assist with business processing activities, service-level monitoring, and reporting.
- Prepare and review operational documents, reports, and key business records.
- Gather, analyze, and distribute operational reporting to internal and external stakeholders as needed.
- Perform pricing configuration activities and support related operational processes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and operational initiatives.
- Analyze and validate data to ensure claims are adjudicating accurately and in accordance with established requirements.
- Monitor production performance and ensure operational targets and service levels are achieved.
