Requirements
- University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience; or Advanced Degree and minimum 5 years; or 12 years of relevant experience without a degree
- Experience with Ansible, including ability to write and troubleshoot complex YAML playbooks
- Experience with Terraform for infrastructure as code
- Experience in Python programming with ability to read, troubleshoot, and improve existing code
- Experience with Azure cloud services and architectures, particularly with landing zones
- Exposure to SAP systems and migration projects
- Experience with Azure DevOps for project management and CI/CD (preferred)
- Familiarity with other cloud platforms like AWS or GCP (preferred)
- Experience with Git for version control (preferred)
- Relevant certifications such as Azure Solutions Architect or Azure DevOps Engineer (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Own and manage the end-to-end release process for Azure landing zone deployments
- Develop, maintain, and enhance Ansible playbooks for automated deployments
- Work with Terraform configurations to manage Azure infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and optimize Python code used in the deployment process
- Implement and maintain robust testing procedures for new changes and deployments
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements in a highly regulated government contracting environment
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all release procedures
- Participate in on-call rotations to support production deployments
