Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1+ year of customer service experience.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs.
- Efficient in website and digital navigation.
- Strong knowledge of and passion for sports.
- Ability to type 30+ words per minute.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Must have a quiet, distraction-free, and secure home office.
- Must have high-speed wired Internet (minimum 2 Mbps upload/10 Mbps download).
Responsibilities
- Create best-in-class experiences for fans by demonstrating patience and acknowledging customer issues.
- Educate fans on utilizing digital platforms, such as streaming games or creating fantasy accounts.
- Effectively use technology tools and resources to resolve fan inquiries.
- Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of client products and services.
- Talk about sports with fans while assisting them with their inquiries.
