Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programs.
  • Efficient in website and digital navigation.
  • Strong knowledge of and passion for sports.
  • Ability to type 30+ words per minute.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Must have a quiet, distraction-free, and secure home office.
  • Must have high-speed wired Internet (minimum 2 Mbps upload/10 Mbps download).

Responsibilities

  • Create best-in-class experiences for fans by demonstrating patience and acknowledging customer issues.
  • Educate fans on utilizing digital platforms, such as streaming games or creating fantasy accounts.
  • Effectively use technology tools and resources to resolve fan inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain a strong working knowledge of client products and services.
  • Talk about sports with fans while assisting them with their inquiries.
