Requirements

  • Experience supporting complex organizational initiatives involving workforce planning, leadership development, change management, or employee engagement.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect talent strategies to business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate uncertainty, and solve complex problems.
  • Experience with change management practices and organizational transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR strategy leaders and business stakeholders to design and execute talent initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Leverage talent analytics, benchmarking resources, and workforce insights to identify opportunities and recommend action plans.
  • Support or lead complex talent strategy projects, ensuring measurable business value.
  • Provide strategic guidance across the employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, compensation, succession planning, and diversity and inclusion.
  • Support change management initiatives by developing communication strategies and stakeholder engagement approaches.
  • Translate complex organizational challenges into clear, actionable solutions for leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with HR delivery teams and analytics specialists to improve talent practices.
