Requirements
- 7+ years of relevant experience in human resources, talent strategy, organizational development, or related fields.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong understanding of talent management strategies and the full employee lifecycle.
- Experience supporting complex organizational initiatives involving workforce planning, leadership development, change management, or employee engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect talent strategies to business outcomes.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
- Strong project management skills with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate uncertainty, and solve complex problems.
- Experience with change management practices and organizational transformation initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Partner with HR strategy leaders and business stakeholders to design and execute talent initiatives aligned with organizational priorities.
- Leverage talent analytics, benchmarking resources, and workforce insights to identify opportunities and recommend action plans.
- Support or lead complex talent strategy projects, ensuring measurable business value.
- Provide strategic guidance across the employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, compensation, succession planning, and diversity and inclusion.
- Support change management initiatives by developing communication strategies and stakeholder engagement approaches.
- Translate complex organizational challenges into clear, actionable solutions for leadership teams.
- Collaborate with HR delivery teams and analytics specialists to improve talent practices.
