Requirements

  • Proven experience in enablement, sales training, learning and development, or program management roles.
  • Strong understanding of sales organizations, ideally within technology, cloud, channel, or partner-focused environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver impactful learning experiences based on adult learning principles.
  • Experience creating scalable enablement programs, onboarding frameworks, and ongoing development initiatives.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with sales enablement platforms, learning technologies, and digital training tools.
  • Strategic mindset combined with strong execution, project management, and delivery skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and convert insights into actionable improvement strategies.
  • Passion for coaching, developing others, and helping teams achieve measurable results.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to motivate and inspire action.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, solve problems creatively, and manage competing priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver impactful enablement programs that strengthen sales capabilities and improve business performance.
  • Lead onboarding programs and continuous learning initiatives that accelerate employee development and long-term success.
  • Translate performance data and business insights into targeted coaching strategies and improvement plans.
  • Embed modern sales methodologies, processes, and best practices into daily workflows.
  • Partner with learning specialists to create engaging, scalable, and digital-first learning experiences.
  • Define quarterly objectives, measure program effectiveness, and communicate outcomes to key stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve enablement content, tools, and delivery methods based on business needs and feedback.
  • Support broader revenue initiatives by creating solutions that enable scalable growth across teams.
  • Lead and develop a team by fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Influence stakeholders across different levels by providing guidance, recommendations, and strategic enablement support.
