Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, consulting, or similar analytical roles
- Strong financial modeling and Excel skills, with experience building scalable forecasting frameworks
- Experience in SaaS or technology environments is strongly preferred
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and translate findings into clear business recommendations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders and present to leadership
- Experience leveraging AI tools or automation to improve financial processes and efficiency
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- High attention to detail, strong business curiosity, and comfort working in ambiguity
Responsibilities
- Lead portions of annual planning, forecasting cycles, and long-range financial modeling activities
- Analyze monthly performance, identify key business drivers, and deliver actionable insights to leadership teams
- Partner with Accounting to ensure accuracy and alignment between actuals, forecasts, and KPIs
- Build, maintain, and enhance financial models to support strategic decision-making and investment planning
- Improve reporting dashboards and executive-level financial materials to support business visibility
- Automate manual reporting processes and enhance planning workflows using modern tools and AI-driven solutions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, Operations, and G&A teams to assess financial impact and business performance
