Requirements
- Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.

- Knowledge of dimensional modeling concepts and Data Warehouse environments.
- Experience defining, tracking, and analyzing business indicators, KPIs, and performance metrics.
- Experience validating data accuracy and implementing data quality practices.
- Knowledge of exploratory data analysis techniques.
- Experience documenting business rules and functional requirements.
- Knowledge of Databricks and modern data platforms.
- Experience working with Data Lake or Lakehouse environments.
- Familiarity with data modernization projects and migration initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with different stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into analytical and functional requirements for data solutions.
- Map business rules, calculation logic, and criteria for performance indicators.
- Act as an interface between business areas and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Support the definition and prioritization of corporate data products.
- Validate the consistency, completeness, and integrity of delivered data.
- Contribute to the definition of data quality rules and improvement processes.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Develop dashboards, reports, and strategic indicators using business intelligence tools.
- Identify opportunities to optimize data processes and improve analytical capabilities.
