Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience, with ownership of platform, infrastructure, or highly technical products.
- Proven experience defining product strategies and roadmaps for complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, distributed systems, and platform architecture concepts.
- Experience building products, services, or capabilities used by internal teams, developers, or external customers.
- Ability to balance user needs, technical constraints, scalability, security, and business priorities when making product decisions.
- Experience influencing engineering, architecture, security, data, and business stakeholders without direct authority.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience using AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve product research, analysis, prioritization, and execution.
- Strong analytical mindset with experience defining success metrics and measuring product impact.
Responsibilities
- Defining and maintaining the long-term product vision and roadmap for identity and access capabilities across a complex technology ecosystem.
- Making prioritization decisions based on customer impact, business outcomes, technical feasibility, platform scalability, and data-driven insights.
- Leading the transition from fragmented legacy identity solutions toward a unified and scalable platform foundation.
- Developing migration strategies and adoption plans to support platform modernization initiatives.
- Partnering closely with engineering, architecture, security, and data teams to evaluate technical trade-offs and ensure reliable, secure solutions.
- Designing platform capabilities, interfaces, and self-service experiences that support internal teams and external users.
- Translating strategic goals into measurable outcomes, delivery plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supporting authentication, authorization, interoperability, and industry standards to ensure secure and flexible platform operations.
- Collaborating with analytics and AI teams to unlock cross-product insights and future platform opportunities.
- Aligning stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Security, and Commercial teams through effective communication and influence.
