Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 7+ years of related experience, or Master's degree with 4+ years.
- Hands-on experience with major cloud platforms (Azure, OCI, GCP).
- Proficiency with Terraform, including AWS Security group deployment.
- Experience with Cisco and Palo Alto firewalls.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, BGP, OSPF).
- Experience with EKS Clusters.
- Knowledge of DoD STIGs and IA Vulnerability Management (IAVM).
- Experience with identity and access management (IAM) in cloud environments.
- Experience with Virtual Private Clouds (VPCs) and subnets.
- Must be able to participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
Responsibilities
- Manage configuration, installation, and ongoing support for Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco VPN Concentrators, Cisco CSR devices, and cloud networking (Azure/OCI).
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes, and security configurations.
- Manage, deploy, and troubleshoot firewalls, routers, VPN concentrators, and Network Access Control.
- Monitor performance, system availability, reliability, resource utilization, and trending for capacity planning.
- Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve network issues.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.
