Requirements
- 2+ years of recent experience in corporate travel management.
- In-depth familiarity with Sabre GDS for fare calculations, itinerary management, and ticket issuance.
- Proficiency in ticketing procedures, scripting, and handling complex itinerary changes and exchanges.
- Proven ability to navigate and manipulate complex international fares and Passenger Name Records.
- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and adapt to new technologies.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage tasks successfully.
- Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Capacity to make quick and effective decisions in urgent situations.
- Proven experience with quality control processes to ensure booking accuracy.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transportation bookings for domestic and international travel.
- Build rapport and develop relationships with business travelers to ensure their travel needs are met.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of reservations, including documentation of PNRs, ticketing, and invoicing.
- Apply expert knowledge of airline rules, regulations, tariffs, and fare requirements to all travel arrangements.
- Deliver consultative support and resolve travel-related issues promptly.
- Keep clients informed about necessary travel documents and destination health requirements.
- Handle complex international ticketing, Phase IVs, and exchanges/changes.
