Requirements
- 1–5 years of experience building software applications through professional roles, personal projects, startups, internships, or open-source contributions.
- Strong full-stack development skills with the ability to work across both frontend and backend systems.
- Experience designing and developing modern web applications, APIs, and data-driven products.
- Strong product mindset with a passion for solving customer problems and creating impactful user experiences.
- Ability to independently manage projects, make decisions, and deliver results in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn new technologies and approaches.
- Experience with AI-enabled products, automation, or data-driven applications is preferred.
- Understanding of security, privacy, and compliance considerations in regulated environments is a plus.
- Experience in healthcare, medical devices, health technology, digital health, or clinical workflows is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications and product features that solve meaningful customer and business problems.
- Own projects throughout the complete product lifecycle, from initial discovery and ideation to implementation, deployment, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to create intuitive, responsive, accessible, and high-performing user experiences.
- Work directly with stakeholders to understand customer needs, translate requirements into technical solutions, and contribute to product strategy discussions.
- Build scalable backend systems, APIs, databases, and frontend experiences while maintaining strong engineering standards.
- Troubleshoot production issues, improve application reliability and performance, and contribute to ongoing product optimization.
- Use customer feedback, analytics, and real-world insights to iterate quickly and deliver high-value product improvements.
- Leverage AI tools throughout daily workflows, including research, ideation, development acceleration, quality checks, and delivery optimization.
- Help establish engineering best practices and maintain a high-quality, scalable codebase.
